How to use Action Replay Powersaves for Pokemon XY ORAS 3DS

I want to guide you in the world of Powersaves where things can be difficult sometimes.  

1. Legal Pokemon

Some people think that Pokemon that are edited with a Powersaves are illegal. But a lot of things that we do with Powersaves can be done in the game, but sometimes its really hard to get or a lot of work.

6IVs: it is possible to breed 6IVs on a Pokemon so giving it 6IVs with Powersave is not considered illegal. However 6IVs on event or legendary Pokemon can never be legal. When you get a Pokemon from an event you will get 3IVs max. Some event Pokemon are locked to have more IVs and nature changed. I could trade 6IV Diancie for awhile but it got locked and thus I choose the 3 best IVs for the Pokemon and use it in a giveaway. But if you give Groudon 6IVs its not a problem, even though you cannot get it in the game (cause they cant be bred), you can still trade the Pokemon and use it in wifi battles.

Nature: You can catch and breed Pokemon in every nature so if you change the nature of a Pokemon it is not considered illegal. Like I said in the previous text, some event Pokemon are locked and their nature cannot be changed. But you will not be able to trade or use the Pokemon in wifi battle so then you know something is wrong with it.

Shiny: Almost every Pokemon can be shiny in the game, so if you make them shiny its not a problem. But some legendary or event Pokemon are what we called "shiny locked" like Diancie. If you do make Diancie shiny you will not be able to trade it so then you will know right away. Click on the link to see what Pokemon are shiny locked: http://www.serebii.net/games/shiny.shtml

Note: if you make a Pokemon shiny its ID number will be changed and it will turn into a traded Pokemon or it will change the IVs. So if someone wants a Pokemon shiny make sure they give it a nickname before you make it shiny, if they bred it they cannot change the nickname any more after you made it shiny.  

EVs: Its still pretty new that you can add EVs and I think its awesome. But make sure you do not add to much EVs or you cannot use the Pokemon on wifi battles or trade it. Max EVs on a Pokemon is 510 (and you can only use 508 of the EVs in the game). So make sure you check that before you trade the Pokemon.

Gender: You can change the gender of a Pokemon but make sure that the Pokemon exists in that gender. Some Pokemon only exist as female (or gender less) so don't make that male. I never tried it but I'm sure its not a good idea.

2. How to get every Pokemon with powersaves

You can get certain event Pokemon with fake and real wondercards, the real wonder cards are legal and the fake are not. Makes sense right:p But there is one wonder card spawn option that is awesome, its the one with the master balls. It works like this, you get 999 master balls in slot one with powersaves and go into your game and go to the Pokemon center. Now you will look up the national dex number of the Pokemon and discard as many balls as needed to keep the number of the Dex of the Pokemon. So lets say we need Emboar and his Dex number 500 so we need to discard 499 master balls to keep 500 left.Then you save the game and go back to the powersaves. You click the spawn every Pokemon wonder card option and you will get that Pokemon just like you would get an event Pokemon, from the lady in the Pokemon center.

Now comes the best part, you can soft reset until you get the ability you want, like HA (hidden ability) if you need it. But to make sure the Pokemon is legal I breed the Pokemon with HA to make it legit.

If you make event/legendary Pokemon this way they will never be legit and you can never trade them, so keep that in mind.  Note: Some Hidden Abilites are not released yet and you won't be able to trade them via Wifi or use them in Wifi battles. On serebii.net you can find the Pokemon you want and it will say if the ability is released yet or not. Like HA Snivy will be released soon as an event in Japan so till then we can't use it, but just wait for it.

3. Hidden Powers

In powersaves you can give a Pokemon every hidden power you want. This is done by manually changing the IVs, normally I just pick 6IVs cause its the easiest. But if you want a Hidden Power you have to look up what IVs to use to get it. Here is a link: http://www.psypokes.com/dex/hp.php

If you pick from this website the Hidden Powers will have the max attack power you can get with a Hidden Power. It will have a 70 base attack power.
